The problem
Ops team at Arzopa manually copied Shopify orders to logistics spreadsheets and chased tracking updates, creating delays and errors.
What we built
Trigger — New Shopify order fires the flow.
Normalize — Map line items, addresses, shipping method, and notes into a standard schema.
Sheet write — Append to the Ops sheet and a “Pick List” tab.
Webhook — Post order payload to 3PL endpoint for label creation.
Tracking loop — Write tracking back to Shopify and email the customer.
Results
Pick/pack errors down 14%.
Order-to-label time reduced from 18 min median to 5 min.
Zero missed tracking uploads during the pilot.
